Grief is a normal response to loss.  Grief can happen in response to loss of life, loss of a job, inability to see friends and family or even from missing special events and milestones.

The COVID Loss Support Group is a six week support group, facilitated by a certified counsellor and trained bereavement support volunteers.

Let's reflect upon this "new normal", reconstructing meaning, and explore various strategies for self care and healing.

This group will meet weekly.
