KemptvilleGrief is a normal response to loss. Grief can happen in response to loss of life, loss of a job, inability to see friends and family or even from missing special events and milestones.
The COVID Loss Support Group is a six week support group, facilitated by a certified counsellor and trained bereavement support volunteers.
Let's reflect upon this "new normal", reconstructing meaning, and explore various strategies for self care and healing.
This group will meet weekly.
Registration is Required.
