Join us for a healing Sound Bath and Yoga session around grief and loss. Begin with gentle movement and breathwork, followed by reflections on grief and personal journaling. A sharing circle offers space for support, while restorative yoga and a 75-minute sound bath with rain and drum sounds provide deep relaxation.
