Equipment Lending

Medical Equipment Lending Program

At Beth Donovan Hospice we have a vast array of medical equipment that is available to the community free of charge.

Our Equipment Loan Program is a free community service. The equipment is used, and we cannot guarantee its safety.

Our Equipment loan period is three months from the date of the loan.

The borrower will make a good faith attempt to safeguard and keep the equipment in the same condition it was received.

Equipment is to be disinfected prior to returning it. If not disinfected there will be a cleaning charge of $15.00.

  • Please clean hard, nonporous surfaces by removing visible dirt with hot water and detergent. Then sanitize with wipes such as Clorox or Lysol.

We strongly suggest you sanitize any borrowed equipment before use.

The borrower may not make any adaptations or changes to the equipment.

Equipment not returned will be subject to a replacement charge.

Clients living in North Grenville, Merrickville-Wolford and surrounding rural areas are eligible to borrow equipment.

We loan our equipment for 3-6 months periods.

To borrow a piece of equipment please complete the form and bring it with you to Beth Donovan Hospice.
