This closed support group is a safe, compassionate space for those who have lost a family member or friend to addiction or overdose. Together, we will share, listen, and support one another in navigating this difficult loss. Whether your grief is fresh or years in the making, you are welcome here.

Join others who understand, free from judgment, as we honor our loved ones, explore our emotions, and find strength in community.

This group is offered in partnership between Lanark, Leeds & Grenville Mental Health and Addictions and Beth Donovan Hospice, bringing together compassionate care and support for those grieving this profound loss.

 This program starts April 10th and runs until May 15th (6 weeks)
