Join us on Oct 6th from 1 PM to 3:30 PM at St. Andrew’s Knox church for a special caregiver retreat.
Enjoy a soothing yoga session led by Asanda Yoga, followed by a light snack to refresh and refuel. Conclude the afternoon with a therapeutic doodle activity, designed to foster creativity and relaxation.
This event is free to attend, with donations welcomed to support our ongoing programs.
