We invite you to join us for a Sound Bath & Yoga Offering, a restorative session focused on the theme of grief and loss. This event offers a nurturing space for healing and reflection through gentle yoga and the calming resonance of a sound bath.

Location: Beth Donovan HospiceDuring this session, facilitators Diana Steadman and Katherine Fillmore will guide you through restorative yoga paired with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments. The experience is designed to relax and restore balance, providing a space for rejuvenation.
This offering is free of charge, and advanced registration is required due to limited space.
