Beth Donovan Hospice is hosting a Virtual Caregiver Burnout Workshop on Wednesday, February 19th, from 7 PM to 9 PM. This session will be led by Amy Tibben, RP (Qualifying) and educator, who brings both professional experience working with caregivers and personal insight from her own caregiving journey.

This workshop will explore tools and strategies to help prevent burnout, providing practical support and guidance to caregivers who may be feeling overwhelmed. Participants will gain valuable insight into self-care, stress management, and maintaining balance while supporting others.
