We invite you to join us for a Sound Bath & Yoga Offering centered on the theme of grief and loss. This offering will provide you with a space for healing and reflection through gentle movement, breathwork, and sound.

During this session, Diana Steadman of Yoga with Diana and Falen Reid from Flourish with Falen, will guide you through gentle yoga, journaling, and a sound bath experience that uses soothing rain and drum sounds for deep relaxation. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in a sharing circle for support and reflection.
