Location: Beth Donovan HospiceGuided by Diana Steadman, this event will include Yin Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing practices, offering a space to slow down, release tension, and tune into the energy of the full moon. Weather permitting, we will step outside onto our beautiful grounds to gaze at the moon, reflect, and set intentions for the cycle ahead.This is a free community offering, and donations to Beth Donovan Hospice are appreciated to support our programs and services.This is free to attend, as part of our network of support.
